What area of Doncasters do you work in?
I’ve just been promoted to cell group leader. I’ve been here since 2007 and have worked in three different areas Wax, Shell and Groton Cell.

What does a typical day working here look like for you? 
I monitor the work and help the process move along, making sure parts don’t sit for too long.

What’s an interesting fact about yourself? 
I coach my son in baseball.

What’s been your proudest moment? 
Having the opportunity to show what I am capable of by becoming a leader.

What been your greatest learning experience? 
Being part of the team here teaches you to be responsible, have a strong work ethic, commitment and dedication.

Please describe your work/life balance?
I like to spend time with my family.

What advice would you give to others trying to develop their career?
I would say this is a great company to start with and build a career. I am very happy working for Doncasters and I’m sure they will be too.
