Wax Department; for 21 years

What does a typical day working here look like for you?
Well I have a great job and I have to make sure the schedule is done and you assign each employee to a press.  My team is good and I never ask anyone to do what I am not willing to do.

What’s an interesting fact about yourself?
I love to have fun and love to laugh and make people laugh especially if they are having a bad day

What’s been your proudest moment?
My proudest moment was when I got Employee of the Year and I have perfect attendance

What been your greatest learning experience?
I have learned so much about the job and about people; it has been such a great experience and I love the people I work with.

Please describe your work/life balance?
I don’t find it hard because when I get home, I just take down time and time to myself.  I keep work at work and home at home

What advice would you give to others trying to develop their career?
You have to realize that everyone has a job to do and there is always someone over you and you need to understand that you do not know everything no matter what level you are in the company.
