July 2025 – India passes audit with high praise
The team at Uni-Pol India has successfully completed the IATF 16949 audit with no major non-conformities and strong praise from the auditors.
The audit, conducted by TÜV SÜD, ensures continued compliance with one of the automotive industry’s most demanding quality management standards.
Auditors highlighted several strengths in both the site’s systems and shopfloor operations.
Among the positive observations were:

Strong technical competence across staff and shopfloor teams

A well-organised, visually managed shopfloor environment

Installation of a dedicated power supply via express feeder

Best-in-class customer PPM performance

Ongoing digitalisation initiatives (including DAS system, PFMEA and APQP software)

Impressive manpower retention, despite the plant’s remote location.
