1 June 2022 – Doncasters Group has announced the appointment of Indy Rattu as Vice President – European Operations, joining Doncasters on 6th June 2022.
Mike Quinn, Doncasters CEO, commented: “On behalf of the Doncasters Board and the senior management team we’d like to warmly welcome Indy into the Doncasters group.
“Having worked for many years in the automotive and aviation industry, and more recently at PCC where he was Vice President & General Manager, Indy has a wealth of experience within our sector.”
Starting his career back in the 1980’s as a Senior Quality Engineer, Indy has worked in various roles ranging from quality assurance to project and contracts manager, to site leadership. In more recent years, Indy progressed to Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Gardner, and then moved to PCC.
The Board was struck by Indy’s strong customer and commercial focus, his effective and clear thinking as a leader, communicator, motivator, and negotiator, as well as his expert knowledge and implementation of leading-edge business philosophies, focused strategies, tools, and techniques.
Indy will report into Doncasters CEO, Mike Quinn.
