Manufacturing and Production Roles

Step - 1
You apply through our careers site.
Step - 2
A recruiter will set up some time with you to discuss the role further and hear about your experience.
Step - 3
You will have your interview on site, meeting members of the team, you may be asked to participate in a live exercise, to allow you to trial using our tools.
Step - 4
You will hear from your recruiter regarding the outcome of the process and welcoming you to the team.
Engineering and support Roles

Step - 1
You apply through our careers site.
Step - 2
A recruiter will set up some time with you to discuss the role further and hear about your experience.
Step - 3
You will be invited for an interview, your recruiter will notify you if this meeting will be via teams or onsite.
Step - 4
You will be asked to complete our psychometric profile. This may also include an aptitude assessment.
Step - 5
You will be invited to an interview, its your chance to tell us more about yourself and will include questions personalised to you from your profile.
Step - 6
You will hear from your recruiter regarding the outcome of the process and welcoming you to the team.
Leadership
Roles

Step - 1
You apply through our careers site with your resume.
Step - 2
A recruiter will set up some time with you to hear more about you and your experiences, whilst developing your understanding of the opportunity.
Step - 3
You will be invited for an interview, your recruiter will notify you if this will be via teams or onsite.
Step - 4
You will be asked to complete our Psychometric profile. This may also include an aptitude assessment.
Step - 5
You will be invited to an interview, its your chance to tell us more about yourself and will include questions personalised to you from your profile.
Step - 6
You will be invited to a final interview to meet other members of the team.
Step - 7
You will hear from your recruiter regarding the outcome of the process and welcoming you to the team.
