October 2025 – A dedicated team from Chard Precision Castings have rolled up their sleeves and headed out to Chard Reservoir for a volunteer day focused on environmental conservation and community impact.
Working alongside local park rangers and conservation volunteers, the team spent the day clearing overgrown willow and poplar trees to enhance biodiversity and protect the area.
By the end of the day, the area looked cleaner, safer, and more welcoming for visitors and wildlife alike.
A big thank you to everyone who took part, including Ella Stoodley, Andy Gaylard, Richard Knibb, Sian Davis, Matthew Morris, Pal Coleman and Stuart Larcombe for giving their time and effort to support the community and environment.
We’re proud to see our values in action, outstanding teamwork whilst caring for the places where we live and work.
