February 2025 – Across our US sites, we have successfully recycled a weight of 1.57 million pounds of ceramic shell waste—a significant step toward reducing our environmental impact.
This achievement reflects the dedication of our teams and the innovative approaches we’re taking to repurpose materials generated during the post-casting process. By partnering with concrete companies, we’ve ensured that what was once waste now finds a second life, contributing to a more sustainable future.
US Head of EHS, Tyler Beegle, said: “This effort displays the dedication within Doncasters to continue to reduce, recycle, reuse our materials, rather than sending them to landfill. Great work by everyone involved as we drive to make Doncasters a more sustainable workplace.”
