April 2026 – Doncasters has released its 2025 Sustainability Report, outlining the progress made over the past year in advancing our sustainability priorities and delivering long-term value for our customers, communities, and colleagues.

Highlights from this year’s report include:

  • A 4.1% improvement in energy efficiency, exceeding our target despite increased production
  • 75% non-hazardous waste recycled
  • 3371 STEP reports across our global operations
  • 100% renewable energy in the UK
  • 68 new apprentices globally
  • 28,456 EHS training hours delivered during 2025.
