February 2026 – Doncasters Mexicali has celebrated an important milestone of 500 days without a recordable accident.
This achievement highlights the collective effort of the entire team, built on teamwork, discipline and looking out for one another every day. The continued implementation of the global STEP programme has played a key role in reducing safety risks and increasing awareness across the site.
To mark this significant milestone, the Mexicali team came together to celebrate the achievement with tacos.
