Oxford site reaches 1,500 days with zero LTIs

We are proud to celebrate an outstanding safety milestone at our Oxford, US, site - 1,500 days without a lost time incident (LTI).

Reaching 1,500 days is a testament to the dedication, vigilance, and teamwork of every colleague at Oxford. It reflects a culture where safety is embedded in everyday actions, with everyone taking responsibility for protecting themselves and those around them.

To celebrate the achievement, the team came together to recognise the collective effort that has made this milestone possible. It was an opportunity to thank every colleague for their continued commitment to maintaining a safe, supportive workplace and to acknowledge the role each person plays in keeping safety at the heart of everything they do.

Fulton White, EHS Specialist at Oxford, said: "Reaching 1,500 days without a lost time incident is an incredible achievement and something every member of our team should be proud of. This milestone is the result of consistent teamwork, personal accountability, and a shared commitment to looking out for one another every day. While we're proud of how far we've come, our focus remains on continuous improvement and ensuring everyone goes home safe at the end of every shift."

Congratulations to everyone at Oxford on this exceptional accomplishment. Thank you for your ongoing commitment to safety, and here's to building on this success together.
