We are proud to celebrate an outstanding safety milestone at our Oxford, US, site - 1,500 days without a lost time incident (LTI).
Reaching 1,500 days is a testament to the dedication, vigilance, and teamwork of every colleague at Oxford. It reflects a culture where safety is embedded in everyday actions, with everyone taking responsibility for protecting themselves and those around them.
To celebrate the achievement, the team came together to recognise the collective effort that has made this milestone possible. It was an opportunity to thank every colleague for their continued commitment to maintaining a safe, supportive workplace and to acknowledge the role each person plays in keeping safety at the heart of everything they do.
