IG Metall-Tarifvertrag

Es gilt die 35-Stunden-Woche laut IG Metall-Tarifvertrag. Unsere Mitarbeitenden erhalten 30 Tage bezahlten Urlaub pro Jahr, zuzüglich aller gesetzlichen Feiertage. Außerdem können Mitarbeitenden jährlich entscheiden, ob sie zusätzliche freie Tage nehmen (tarifliche Freizeit) oder sich stattdessen eine Einmalzahlung auszahlen lassen.

Work anniversary bonus (300 Mexican Pesos per year of service with the company), Punctuality bonus (employees who are on time throughout the week are eligible for a bonus of 155 pesos), Weekly attendance bonus (attend work every schedule day of the week are eligible for bonus of 155 pesos).
