Resignation of Group CFO Simon Martle and appointment of Interim Group CFO
Alloy Topco Limited announces that Simon Martle, Group Chief Financial Officer (“GCFO”) and director of the Company is leaving the Group with effect from 1 August 2023.
We are grateful for the support and hard work Simon has given the Group over the last three years. Simon’s wealth of experience and knowledge has been invaluable. We thank Simon for his contribution to Doncasters and wish him well for his future.
Steve Pistono will assume the role of Interim GCFO with immediate effect. He will report into the Board but will not be appointed as a statutory Board director. Steve is a Certified Public Accountant with experience across aerospace, medical and industrial markets. He has worked extensively across Europe, Americas, and Asia.
The process for the selection of a permanent GCFO is underway and an appointment will be announced in due course.
