This strategic priority is centred around defining, implementing and embedding an agile, winning performance culture, whilst simultaneously engaging talent in order to exceed customer expectations and achieve excellence group wide. 


This continuous improvement and technology strategic priority is focused on creating and sustaining a continuous improvement mindset within Doncasters to ensure we are operating at maximum efficiency and capability across the organisation to meet our sales and margin growth targets.
