Doncasters offers a wide range of cast centrispun turbine rings in a variety of alloys including corrosion resistant and duplex alloy steels, heat resistant stainless steel and nickel based alloys.

Doncasters� rolled rings are forged from billet or ingot and ring rolled, in materials including aluminium, nickel and titanium alloys and stainless steels in sizes up to 4 metres in diameter.

Doncasters� flash butt welded rings are manufactured from extruded or rolled bar, coiled and flash butt welded in materials including nickel and titanium alloys and stainless steels in sizes up to 2 metres diameter.

Doncasters� discs are manufactured from billet and forged in materials including nickel and titanium alloys and stainless steels in sizes up to 500mm diameter.

Services available for Doncasters� rings and discs include heat treatment, non-destructive testing, proof machining and project management of finished machined rings.
