Doncasters Paralloy is one of the industry leaders in the provision of Fabricated Furnace Tube/Coil Assemblies for High Temperature Petrochemical Furnaces utilising centrispun furnace tube and static cast fittings technology.

Our EBC Industries division, based in Erie, Pennsylvania, also offers a range of specialist fasteners for the petrochemical industry, with significant manufacturing capabilities allowing us to meet a range of customer needs.

Doncasters has over 40 years' experience in this field and is a world leader in the manufacture of the following:

  • Pyrolysis cracking coils
  • Reformer tube assemblies and harps
  • Internally profiled ethylene tube (PEP)

Paralloy Ethylene Profile (PEP) is a recently patented innovation that has been developed by Doncasters. PEP tubes have a finned smooth bore profile on the inside wall providing additional surface area for heat transfer thus significantly improving overall furnace efficiency as well as tube lifespan.

It is an excellent example of one of our industry leading approaches to problem solving.
