Nelson Automotive is part of Doncasters specialty automotive division and is focused on stud welding technology and systems for the automotive industry.


We are looking for a Key Account Manager who can bring a creative and passionate approach to Nelson Automotive based in UK, near Aylesbury or surrounding area.


In this busy and diverse role, you will be responsible for the UK customer portfolio. This includes the responsibility of the distribution of welding studs, advanced technology stud welding systems and accessories.

Your goal is to keep our customers at the heart of everything you do and to do this you need to be good at building strong relationships with customers by really understanding their Technical and Commercial needs.  Your experience will allow you to have a clear understanding of automobiles OEMs and suppliers which will allow you to keep looking for solutions to secure and retain their valued business.

You’ll be responsible for developing sales opportunities with existing and identified accounts by analysing market data, minimising order losses and identifying and converting your built prospects. You will have the opportunity to identify and develop profitable business with new Nelson Automotive customers in order to increase our market share within the English account portfolio.

However, you will not be alone, you will also work collaboratively to process customer orders in connection with the commercial office staff at Nelson Automotive GmbH in Germany.
