Previously held several positions within the RHM Ltd group from 1994 to 2004, initially as a Divisional Finance Director and then as Divisional Managing Director, before being appointed Group Chief Financial Officer in 2000 when the food manufacturing group was acquired by private equity funds. Prior to that Michael held senior management and finance roles with Lucas Industries plc and Tomkins plc.
