Tariq Jesrai was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Doncasters Group in October 2011. He was previously Chief Executive Officer of McKechnie Aerospace, directing the strategy, operations and integration of all McKechnie Aerospace companies. Under Tariq’s leadership, McKechnie Aerospace gained significant market share, delivered exceptional financial results and became a clear leader in selected markets.
Prior to joining McKechnie Aerospace, Tariq was president of Hartwell Corporation, the quick-access latching systems manufacturer, where he was appointed chief executive in 2004. Prior to that, he was the vice president and general manager for the Tedeco Division of Aeroquip-Vickers, a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of hydraulic systems and components, and was also with Honeywell International for twelve years.
Michael J. Schurch
Chief Finance Officer
Michael Schurch was appointed as Doncasters Chief Financial Officer in December 2004. Previously he held several positions within the RHM Ltd group from 1994 to 2004, initially as a Divisional Finance Director and then as Divisional Managing Director, before being appointed Group Chief Financial Officer in 2000 when the food manufacturing group was acquired by private equity funds. Prior to that Michael held senior management and finance roles with Lucas Industries plc and Tomkins plc.
Chief Operating Officer
Raymond Mitchell has seventeen years of experience in the metal industry and has most recently served as President at Alcoa Power and Propulsion (formerly Howmet). Previously, he held the position of President at Alcoa Wheel and Forged Products, serving the commercial vehicle, automotive and large structural forgings for aerospace and IGT markets.
Group General Counsel and Group Company Secretary
Ian Molyneux joined Doncasters Group as General Counsel in 2011. Previously, Ian held the role of Assistant General Counsel for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia for Parker Hannifin, where he focused on global mergers and acquisitions in addition to commercial contract work. Prior to this, he held in-house roles at Rolls-Royce in their Industrial Power Group and Marine Division.
